I recently put my home up for sale -- I did not use a listing service. I was contacted by mail. I called the number on the card and was promptly given an appointment with the company manager, Gary.
He inspected the house and told me he would give me an offer. The next day Gary emailed an offer that I thought was satisfactory and I accepted.
The whole process of working with Gary has been very unobtrusive, and simple. I was never under any pressure to accept an offer that I thought was wrong. Gary has worked with me fairly and honestly. Even when it came down to the final signing, everything has gone smoothly without any "surprises."
I have been given flexibility in the time it takes to move my belongings. It is in my opinion that Gary's company is great to work with, and I would recommend their expertise when it comes time to sell your home, no mater the condition.

What is Jireh Homes?
Gary and Donna Mae are the founders and owners of Jireh Homes. They began their real estate business for three reasons:
- To provide financially for their family.
- To provide solutions for families in stress because of real estate issues.
- To provide affordable housing for King And Pierce County residents.
The Hebrew word for Provision is Jireh! The main focus of the business is providing real estate solutions for those in need.
This adventure started in 2007 with a simple run-down house that was purchased, fixed up, and then rented to residents in Tacoma. The business has since grown to investing in a multi-unit commercial building site in Auburn, Washington which will be valued at $1.8 million dollars when completed, as well as a number of homes purchased, remodeled, and sold (often) with down payment assistance.
On January 6, 2011 Gary became a licensed commercial real estate agent affiliated with America's Choice Real Estate; 4200 196th Street SW #201; Lynnwood, WA.
