Then if we have not sold it during the rehab process, we usually turn them back over to the agent who sold it to us, so he/she can earn a second commission on the same property!
Short Sales
– We do not negotiate short sales, but we know that to begin the process you will need a buyer. Call us!
If the house fits our parameters we will make an offer. After closing we will fix it up (if needed) and prepare to sell it to a retail buyer.
